Bio-Image Search: find biomedical images you can reuse

bioimageBio-Image Search is a new tool from Stanford’s Lane Medical Library. Bio-Image Search enables discovery of biomedical images you can use, aggregates biomedical images from many image sources, and displays results in four groups, from broadest reuse rights to most limited reuse rights. For each of the four groups, the reuse rights are thoroughly described and explained. You can see what image sources are being searched and even limit the results to just one particular source.

Depending on your use, there are also other medical images you can use. Are you preparing a teaching presentation and want to include medical images from VisualDx in it? Follow these guidelines for use of VisualDx images in educational and non-commercial settings.
