The National Institute on Drug Abuse has recently released two updated guides of science-based facts on marijuana. One booklet is targeted toward teens and the other is written for their parents. Both guides are now available freely online in various file formats including PDF, ePub, and for Kindle. Marijuana Facts for Teens is also available in print, and Marijuana: Facts Parents Need to Know will be available in print soon. In addition, both booklets are also available in Spanish.
The guides include updated research-based information and data on marijuana, as well as new sections about K2/Spice (often referred to as synthetic marijuana). They also include current information on the state of science concerning potential therapeutic uses for compounds found in marijuana.
