New app from NLM helps you find the right mobile resources on your device

The National Library of Medicine (NLM) has released a new app, called NLM Mobile, that serves as a portal to all of NLM’s mobile sites and apps.  This app provides an easy way of selecting the appropriate authoritative (and free!) resource for your information needs.   Users can use this app to find resources by type (websites or applications), device (Apple, Android, Blackberry) or by subject.  Unfortunately, most of the NLM’s apps are still only available for download on Apple products—there are 10 apps available for iPads and iPhones but only three for Android and two for Blackberry.  Still, NLM Mobile has the potential to save time and cut down on the number of different apps or bookmarks you need on your device.
